District Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and support to patients in their homes or community settings.

• Educate patients and families about managing health conditions and promoting wellness.

• Valid nursing license and registration with the appropriate regulatory body.
• Previous experience as a community nurse or in a similar healthcare setting is preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to develop care plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and families.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a community setting.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing patient needs and environments.
• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
